Brasil e Japão - Irmãos da imigração / Brazil and Japan - brothers of Immigration

Well, those who think that only we Brazilians who enjoyed Japanese culture ... you're wrong. Believe it or not, but in the land of the rising sun is very Japanese in love with Brazilian culture, and the proof is the Pagode group Y-no.

The Y-no group was formed in 2006.
The six members of the group met at Sophia University in Tokyo.
They became friends and soon realized they had something in common, a passion for Brazilian music.

Despite the errors in the Portuguese language and no talent with samba in the foot ... this group has something contagious:
charisma, will power and immense affection they feel for Brazilian culture.

Eles estão de parabéns. Adorei!!
They are to be congratulated. Loved It!

Takumi Saitoh uses Havaianas

Havaianas is a Brazilian brand of flip flops rubber produced by São Paulo Alpargatas, a Group company Camargo Corrêa. The brand, which has 80% stake in the Brazilian rubber slippers, sells about 162 million shoes annually, of which 10% to over 80 countries on five continents, can be found in more than 200,000 points of sale . Exports amount to 22 million pairs.
The idea for the product was inspired by Zori, Japanese sandals made of rice straw or wood chips and are used with the kimono. On June 8, 1958 were released Brazilian sandals made of rubber. The first model is the most traditional: white with stripes and blue side of the base. They had a visual appeal, however, were too expensive. With the price factor favoring the market in less than one year [Vespasian] produced more than 13 000 pairs per day.

In 1997 he created the department of foreign trade of Havaianas in order to increase exports. The first step was the reorganization of the entire network of distributors. Some events occurred for spreading the brand and in France in 2004, that colorful typical Brazilian sandals sold three thousand pairs.
Successful advertising campaigns marked the history of Havaianas. The slogan of the best known product is "The legitimate," since, due to the success many other companies have released similar products to compete with Havaianas.

Havaianas models sold in Brazil

* 4 Nite - Sandals with special designs on the sole or strips that glow in the dark. Ideal for ballads and nightclubs.

* Brazil - Sandals with the flag of Brazil nailed strips and stripes in the colors of the flag around the base.

*
Slim - Simple and thinner strips. It has two variations, the slim, smooth with only color variations, and Slim Season, with straps and gold floral print.

*
Top - First model released by diverse Hawaiian. It has slightly higher heel and vibrant colors. There are 13 different colors, no prints.

*
Traditional - Original model of the Hawaiian who thrives to this day. It was for thirty years the only existing model. Its base is white, has no prints. The color variation occurs only in the strips and the side of the base.
And many other models.

But the point is that the whole world uses Havaianas, because they are comfortable, durable and good. Here in Brazil Havaianas means style and personality, using Havaianas sportswear or socialwear is totally fashion. And the best of all, they are very cheap here in Brazil, something that foreigners still have to pay a heavy price, unfortunately. ^^

Even the Japanese actor, Takumi Saitoh appears in a recent calendar 2011 using a Havaiana Brazil (white model with the flag of Brazil).

SONGS FOR JAPAN
