JUJUBA...EEBAAA!! ADORO JUJUBA!!!
A bala de goma, jujuba (português brasileiro) ou goma (português europeu) é um doce gelatinoso, comum em festas infantis. São muito conhecidas as em forma de ursinhos, minhocas, existindo em muitas outras variedades.Em Portugal, a designação "goma" abrange também a variedade mais suave, correspondente aos "marshmallows" anglo-saxónicos. / The jelly bean, "jujuba" (Brazilian Portuguese) or "goma" (European Portuguese) is a sweet jelly, common in children's parties. Are well known in the form of teddy bears, worms, and there are many other varieties.
In Portugal, the term "gum"includes the milder variety, corresponding to the "marshmallows" Anglo-Saxon.

* Ingredientes - Ingredients
# 1 kg de açúcar refinado - 1 kg of refined sugar
# 2 xícaras de água - 2 cups water
# 4 colheres de sopa de gelatina sem sabor - 4 tablespoons of unflavored gelatin
# 1 caixa de gelatina de sua preferência - 1 box jelly of your choice
# Gotas de Corante vegetal alimentício para reforçar a cor da gelatina - Drops of plant food coloring to enhance the color of the gelatin
# Açúcar para envolver - Sugar to involve
* Modo de Preparo - How to prepare
1. Derreta as gelatinas com a água em banho-maria - Melt the gelatin with water in a water bath
2. Acrescente o açúcar e mexa bem - Add sugar and stir well
3. Leve novamente ao fogo sem deixar ferver, mexendo sempre até que o açúcar esteja completamente dissolvido - Light the fire again without boiling, stirring constantly until sugar is completely dissolved
4. Misture Corante vegetal alimentício - Mix vegetable food coloring
5. Coloque num pirex untado com manteiga e deixe descansar de um dia para o outro - Place on a greased baking dish and set aside a day to day
6. Corte com cortadores de biscoito, passe em açúcar e deixe secar - Cut with cookie cutters, go into sugar and let dry.
